Contact / Correspondence: If you contact us directly (by email, phone, or mail), we will process your contact information and the content of this correspondence. We use this information solely to properly address your question or message. Phone and video calls are neither recorded nor stored.
Job applications: If you send us your application, ISCS Technical processes your name, first name, phone number, email address, postal address, resume, cover letter, and diplomas to evaluate the possibility of a contractual relationship. The processing of applications and management of interviews is based on the pre-contractual measures that ISCS Technical has implemented in a recruitment process.
Browsing our website: Whenever you visit our website, we collect information using cookies and other technologies to ensure the optimal functioning of our website. For more information on this, you can also consult our cookie policy.
Other relationships: We collect contact information of our current or future suppliers, clients and partners, such as name, first name, professional phone number, professional email address, workplace address, name of the organization represented (if applicable), duration of the relationship (start and end date), as well as bank account number, VAT number and tax status of the supplier, partner, or person representing them. We process this information to conclude our agreements and manage our relationships or collaborations.
ISCS Technical considers your personal data as confidential and commits to processing it only in a manner consistent with the purposes for which it was initially collected.
ISCS Technical has taken technical and organizational security measures to prevent the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure of your personal data to third parties and any other unauthorized processing of this data.

ISCS Technical recognizes the importance of protecting personal data. We do not retain your personal data for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which we received it, or to fulfil a contract or legal obligation. Retention periods differ depending on the type of processing and the purpose for which personal data was collected.
Personal data collected based on your consent will be retained by us for as long as your consent remains valid.
We retain client, and partner data during the contractual relationship and for a maximum period of 10 years following the end of the contractual relationship, unless a different retention period applies to the type of personal data or the contractual relationship. This retention period is justified by the fact that these data may be necessary to resolve possible disputes or enforce agreements. Therefore, this personal information is retained throughout the duration of our contractual relationship and for 10 years thereafter.
Information you provide in connection with questions or complaints will be retained as long as necessary to fully respond to and process your email's content. Afterwards, we retain these records in our archives to refer to related questions or complaints in order to optimize our services.
In any case, personal data may be retained for a longer period if there is a legal or regulatory reason to do so, or for a shorter period if the data subject objects to the processing of their personal data and there is no longer a legitimate reason to retain it.
We ensure that access to archived data is limited and that your personal data is deleted or anonymized once the retention period has expired.

Right of access
You have the right to access your personal data at any time and for free, and to request a copy of the personal data that ISCS Technical collects about you.
Right of rectification
You always have the right to correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete personal data.
Right to erase ("right to be forgotten")
You can request the deletion of your personal data from ISCS Technical systems. The request to delete your personal data may not always be granted due to contractual or legal obligations. ISCS Technical will take these obligations into account when responding to your request.

For example, you can always request to withdraw a photo or video online for which you had given your consent. However, the withdrawal of your consent does not apply to processing carried out previously by ISCS Technical.
Right to restrict processing
In certain cases, the data subject has the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of their personal data. We will continue to store your data, but we will limit its use. For example, you can submit this request when you believe that your personal data is inaccurate or that ISCS Technical 's processing is not justified. ISCS Technical verbindt zich ertoe de (persoons)gegevens van al haar belanghebbenden met de grootste zorg te beschermen en deze uitsluitend op eerlijke en rechtmatige wijze te verwerken. Deze privacyverklaring bevat essentiële informatie over hoe wij, als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, persoonsgegevens verzamelen en verwerken, de doeleinden definiëren en uw rechten als betrokkene toelichten.
Persoonsgegevens kunnen worden gedefinieerd als alle informatie waarmee een natuurlijke persoon direct of indirect kan worden geïdentificeerd. U kunt ons uw persoonsgegevens verstrekken tijdens de volgende activiteiten, voor de bijbehorende doeleinden en op basis van de aangegeven gronden:
Contact / Correspondentie: Als u rechtstreeks contact met ons opneemt (via e-mail, telefoon of post), verwerken wij uw contactgegevens en de inhoud van deze correspondentie. Wij gebruiken deze gegevens uitsluitend om uw vraag of bericht correct te kunnen behandelen. Telefoon- en videogesprekken worden niet opgenomen of opgeslagen.
Sollicitaties: Als u ons uw sollicitatie toestuurt, verwerkt ISCS Technical uw naam, voornaam, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres, postadres, cv, sollicitatiebrief en diploma’s om de mogelijkheid van een dienstverband te beoordelen. De verwerking van sollicitaties en het beheer van sollicitatiegesprekken is gebaseerd op de precontractuele maatregelen die ISCS Technical in het wervingsproces heeft getroffen.
Onze website bezoeken: Telkens wanneer u onze website bezoekt, verzamelen wij gegevens met behulp van cookies en andere technologieën om ervoor te zorgen dat onze website optimaal functioneert. Voor meer informatie hierover kunt u ook ons cookiebeleid raadplegen.
Overige relaties: Wij verzamelen contactgegevens van onze huidige of toekomstige leveranciers, klanten en partners, zoals achternaam, voornaam, zakelijk telefoonnummer, zakelijk e-mailadres, werkadres, naam van de vertegenwoordigde organisatie (indien van toepassing), duur van de relatie (begin- en einddatum), evenals het bankrekeningnummer, btw-nummer en fiscale status van de leverancier, partner of de persoon die hen vertegenwoordigt. Wij verwerken deze gegevens om onze overeenkomsten te sluiten en onze relaties of samenwerkingsverbanden te beheren.
ISCS Technical beschouwt uw persoonsgegevens als vertrouwelijk en verbindt zich ertoe deze uitsluitend te verwerken op een wijze die in overeenstemming is met de doeleinden waarvoor ze oorspronkelijk werden verzameld.
Veiligheid en Vertrouwelijkheid van uw persoonlijke gegevens
ISCS Technical heeft technische en organisatorische beveiligingsmaatregelen getroffen om vernietiging, verlies, wijziging, ongeoorloofde toegang of openbaarmaking van uw persoonsgegevens aan derden, alsmede elke andere ongeoorloofde verwerking van deze gegevens te voorkomen.
We hebben alle redelijke inspanningen geleverd om de vertrouwelijkheid, integriteit en beschikbaarheid van informatiesystemen en diensten die persoonsgegevens verwerken te waarborgen. Deze maatregelen omvatten fysieke en operationele beveiligingsmaatregelen, toegangscontrole, bewustwording en vertrouwelijkheidsclausules. Al onze medewerkers en door ons ingeschakelde derden zijn verplicht de vertrouwelijkheid en beveiliging van uw gegevens te respecteren.
ISCS Technical wijst u erop dat onze website links, hyperlinks of verwijzingen kan bevatten naar andere sites, zoals YouTube en LinkedIn, waarover ISCS Technical geen zeggenschap heeft en waarop ons privacybeleid en cookiebeleid niet van toepassing zijn. Deze sites worden niet beheerd door ISCS Technical. ISCS Technical is dan ook niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud van deze sites, noch voor de aanbiedingen, producten of diensten die daarop worden vermeld. Wij raden u aan het privacybeleid van elke site die u bezoekt zorgvuldig te lezen, aangezien dit kan afwijken van ons privacybeleid en cookiebeleid.
ISCS Technical erkent het belang van de bescherming van persoonsgegevens. Wij bewaren uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan nodig is voor de doeleinden waarvoor wij ze hebben ontvangen, of om een overeenkomst of wettelijke verplichting na te komen. De bewaartermijnen variëren afhankelijk van het soort verwerking en het doel waarvoor de persoonsgegevens zijn verzameld.
Persoonsgegevens die op basis van uw toestemming zijn verzameld, worden door ons bewaard zolang uw toestemming geldig blijft.
Wij bewaren gegevens van klanten en partners gedurende de contractuele relatie en gedurende maximaal 10 jaar na beëindiging van de contractuele relatie, tenzij voor het soort persoonsgegevens of de contractuele relatie een andere bewaartermijn geldt. Deze bewaartermijn is gerechtvaardigd omdat deze gegevens nodig kunnen zijn om eventuele geschillen op te lossen of overeenkomsten af te dwingen. Daarom worden deze persoonsgegevens bewaard gedurende de gehele looptijd van onze contractuele relatie en gedurende 10 jaar daarna.
Gegevens die u verstrekt in verband met vragen of klachten worden bewaard zolang dat nodig is om de inhoud van uw e-mail volledig te kunnen beantwoorden en afhandelen. Daarna bewaren we deze gegevens in ons archief, zodat we bij soortgelijke vragen of klachten hierop kunnen terugvallen om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren.
In ieder geval kunnen persoonsgegevens voor een langere periode worden bewaard als daar een wettelijke of regelgevende grond voor is, of voor een kortere periode als de betrokkene bezwaar maakt tegen de verwerking van zijn of haar persoonsgegevens en er geen legitieme reden meer is om deze te bewaren.
Wij zorgen ervoor dat de toegang tot gearchiveerde gegevens beperkt blijft en dat uw persoonsgegevens worden gewist of geanonimiseerd zodra de bewaartermijn is verstreken.
ISCS Technical zal zich onthouden van het openbaar maken of verkopen van persoonsgegevens aan derden, evenals van het openbaar maken van de persoonsgegevens van betrokkenen, behalve in de volgende specifieke gevallen:
Wat betreft internationale doorgifte van persoonsgegevens en de verwerking daarvan buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER), worden uw gegevens alleen doorgegeven aan derden in derde landen, zoals softwareleveranciers en cloud- of mailingservices, indien dit is toegestaan door de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming. Wij zorgen voor passende waarborgen om te garanderen dat uw rechten worden gerespecteerd door de ontvanger van de gegevens buiten de EER, in overeenstemming met een passend niveau van gegevensbescherming.
Als data subject kunt u te allen tijde uw rechten uitoefenen zoals beschreven in de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming. De betrokkene kan de volgende rechten uitoefenen:
Recht op inzage
U hebt te allen tijde het recht om kosteloos inzage te krijgen in uw persoonsgegevens en om een kopie op te vragen van de persoonsgegevens die ISCS Technical over u verzamelt.
Recht op rectificatie
U hebt te allen tijde het recht om onjuiste persoonsgegevens te laten corrigeren of onvolledige persoonsgegevens aan te vullen.
Recht op verwijdering (“recht om te worden vergeten”)
U kunt verzoeken om verwijdering van uw persoonsgegevens uit de systemen van ISCS Technical. Het verzoek tot verwijdering van uw persoonsgegevens kan niet altijd worden ingewilligd vanwege contractuele of wettelijke verplichtingen. ISCS Technical zal bij het beantwoorden van uw verzoek rekening houden met deze verplichtingen.
Recht van bezwaar
U hebt het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens indien de verwerking plaatsvindt op grond van het gerechtvaardigd belang van ISCS Technical of het algemeen belang. Wij zullen de verwerking stopzetten, tenzij wij kunnen aantonen dat er dwingende gerechtvaardigde gronden zijn voor de verwerking of voor de uitoefening van wettelijke rechten.
Recht op intrekking van toestemming
Voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens die door ISCS Technical met uw toestemming zijn verzameld, kunt u uw toestemming te allen tijde intrekken. U kunt bijvoorbeeld altijd verzoeken om een foto of video online te verwijderen waarvoor u toestemming had gegeven. De intrekking van uw toestemming heeft echter geen betrekking op verwerkingen die eerder door ISCS Technical zijn uitgevoerd.
Recht op beperking van de verwerking
In bepaalde gevallen heeft de betrokkene het recht om de verwerking van zijn of haar persoonsgegevens te laten beperken. Wij blijven uw gegevens opslaan, maar zullen het gebruik ervan beperken. U kunt dit verzoek bijvoorbeeld indienen wanneer u van mening bent dat uw persoonsgegevens onjuist zijn of dat de verwerking door ISCS Technical niet gerechtvaardigd is. Wij zijn alleen verplicht om aan deze verzoeken te voldoen in specifieke gevallen zoals bepaald door de wet.
Recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid
De betrokkene heeft het recht om de persoonsgegevens die op hem of haar betrekking hebben en die door ISCS Technical worden verwerkt, te ontvangen in een gestructureerd, gangbaar en machinaal leesbaar formaat en/of deze gegevens door te geven aan een andere verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.

U kunt deze rechten kosteloos uitoefenen door een e-mail te sturen naar info@iscstechnical.com . Wij streven ernaar om binnen een maand na ontvangst van uw verzoek te reageren. Wij kunnen u om aanvullende informatie vragen om uw identiteit te bevestigen en er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek daadwerkelijk van u afkomstig is.
Als u op enig moment van mening bent dat ISCS Technical uw privacy schendt, hebt u het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Belgische Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit:
